If you place an order between now and then, it will reserve your espresso from being sold out and will ship to you the day it lands in our warehouses.

Espresso ships to the following countries using Amazon’s fulfillment service:
- Republic of Cyrus
- Czech Republic
- United Kingdom
Rest of world: All countries which are not listed above you can still enjoy the benefits of using an espresso. The delivery times will be approximately 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
For countries serviced under Amazon’s fulfillment regions above, you can expect to receive your order in 1-5 business days, depending on how close there is stock to your delivery address.
When will I receive my espresso?
We send your order immediately to our fulfillment team, who usually process your order the same day. That means within 24 hours (provided we have your order in stock), your order will be on its way to you.
We use Amazon FBA to handle our fulfillment to the countries listed above. They are a reliable and speedy provider. We wanted to partner with a fulfillment provider who could match the care we put into making your espresso.
You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days, and in most cases, 1-2. Tracking will be provided at checkout.
Why did I not receive my order all in one go?
Amazon sometimes fulfills from different warehouses so you might not get all your espresso items on the same day. They are usually within a few days of each other if this happens. So no need to worry.
How much does shipping cost?
This depends on where we are sending it to. For orders in our warehouses (countries listed above), you pay no shipping cost.
If you are not in the regions listed above, you will encounter a small shipping cost, calculated at checkout. Keep an eye out on the regions, as they will change as we expand to more countries.
I am in the EU, do I have to pay VAT?
Great question, and No. We pay VAT on your products when they are imported, so the price you see is the price you pay to get your espresso in your hands.
What if my order never makes it to me?
We are sorry to hear that this has happened. You will need to lodge a request with Amazon so that they can chase it up and resolve it for you. Unfortunately, espresso team does not control the shipping and that is completely taken care of by Amazon. However, if you are in a country that is not fulfilled by amazon then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
